Since I found it to be very useful, and free, I thought I'd put it here, for your convenience.

To calculate the Monthly Amortized Mortgage Payments for various Prices, Rates and Terms:
Change the Sale Price of Home: to YOUR desired Sales Price.
Change the Percentage Down: to YOUR desired Percentage Down.
Change the Length of Mortgage: to YOUR desired Length of Mortgage.
Change the Annual Interest Rate: to YOUR desired Annual Interest Rate.
When complete click Calculate...
